This one is high rated one and I found useful as a beginner. Just to clarify I opted for AZ204 without going for AZ104 as I have certain understanding and experience in Azure development.

There are likely some better courses out there now, when I took it, the AZ-203 was still relatively new.

I recently passed the AZ-204 exam. Although I have access to ACG, Pluralsight and LinkedIn Learning (paid by the company I work for).
I actually found Udemy to be the best resource. Specifically these two videos.
