Yeah I've come across this. She's cute and chirpy. My body is far too distressed to sustain that much activation :(

Check out Qoya on YouTube. Doing those moves makes me aware how fucking tight my hips are. How are they so tight ?! I could happily do zumba before I started recovering. Now I can't even do hip circles without hurting.

I watched an embodiment and intimacy session in the conference. Where the speaker said you can't have intimacy without self intimacy. Which I know, having been numb all my life. But at the rate I'm going, reaching Nirvana seems more plausible. Gonna die alone 😭

Oh so this institute has tons of trauma related courses on Udemy. I got the cptsd course during their $10 sales. Haven't completed the whole thing though. I shall let you know when I do.

The Arielle Schwartz session in the current conference is really good.

If the audiobook is proving to be a bit dry, you could also consider Dr. Gentry's (Advanced Training for Trauma Treatment of Complex PTSD)[https://www.udemy.com/course/advanced-training-for-trauma-treatment-of-complex-ptsd/] on Udemy. (They have sales for 10.99/11.99 courses at least once a month so wait to buy it until then!!) I have a similar problem with reading right now, which makes me really sad because it used to be my favorite and easiest thing to do, but listening to the course helped keep me on track.

It's aimed at mental health practitioners, but I think it's accessible for everyone. His course is amazing. Dr. Gentry references The Body Keeps the Score fairly often, and the course a lot of the book's key aspects.
