A free Arduino course is probably a good place to start, I haven't taken this one but it looks like a good overview of lots of the basics: https://www.udemy.com/course/arduino-workshop-step-by-step-guide/

In addition to the Arduino you will want some sensors, LEDS, servo motors wires, a breadboard, etc so that you can get started with some of the hardware. Here's an example: https://www.amazon.com/Arduino-Starter-Tutorials-Compatible-Mega2560/dp/B01MATM4XF

Once you have learned the basics you can find projects online that you think are cool and want to build such as an automatic plant watering device or burglar alarm. You can see tons of examples at the following link and can filter by difficulty: https://create.arduino.cc/projecthub
