I used cbt nuggets (thanks to work), a bit of microsoft learn, and paid ~$12 for a udemy course (https://www.udemy.com/course/az-900-azure-exam-prep-understanding-cloud-concepts/). I went with the udemy course just for the practice exams basically since I learn a bit better by doing rather than just reading.

Nice. It's not terribly difficult. The "Cloud Concepts" part of my AZ-900 course is free, if you want to check it out. It's about 45 minutes long.
