Udemy has a few courses for this if you like learning that way: https://www.udemy.com/course/become-a-game-designer/
Also, start small. Find a tutorial on building a small game like "snake" or even "tic-tac-toe". There are plenty of tutorials out there if you google it.
You will still have to learn the basics so don't try to bite of more than you can chew at this time. Try the easy ones, and as you learn more languages and frameworks you can move on to more advanced stuff.
