Here is my 2 cents worth as well. So I have been studying for about 2 months now. I am using, a number of online (paid) resources. I pay a $20/monthly subscription to howtonetwork.com But I also bought some Udemy courses, both David Bombal and Neil's course. Once I went through How to Network's CCNA video course, I went through Neils course. It was a lot of videos, but seeing 2 different perspectives on the same topics worked for me.

Then I purchased a practice exam course within Udemy. It had almost 350 questions. And it wasn't bad at all. It covered all 6 core exam topic areas. You get to review your answers and explanations too. Here is a link to the course --> https://www.udemy.com/course/ccna-200-301-pre-exam-testing/So what I did is took all the exams, and reviewed the areas where I was weakest, strongest, and etc. My approach was to take my 2 weakest core concepts and study, review, and revisit video labs/lectures first. I even created my own a cram guide for each core exam section within my Google drive. And I created folders for each core section within that drive.

Then revisited the tests I took just dealing with the questions from those 2 sections.

My goal is to saturate/learn those areas until I feel more confident, then repeat with 2 more sections, using this same process. Then the last 2 sections. Once I have learned the material....Then I want to start the AlphaPrep and take those exams. I save AlphPrep for last because it's a higher monthly subscription, and I wanted to learn as much as I could with the courses I already purchased with no monthly subscriptions first. I am using Bombal's courses mainly for the labs and deeper insights that he provides.

The good thing about AlphPrep is that it will monitor your progress and let you know when you're ready to take the test. I haven't checked out the study guides for Lammle or Odom, but I'll check into that. But for now this is my process. Here's to good luck to all of us going after the exam! I hope this helps.
