This has already been answered a few times but here is the quick and simple list .
Videos
● itprotv - https://www.itpro.tv/ - tried it and it's pretty good. Will give you a basic understanding and has labs not for encor but you can enter a router/switch and play around
●cbt nuggets - you already know this and yes it is good but some people don't like it.
● udmy - https://www.udemy.com/course/ccnp-all-in-one/ (never tried it but reviews seem ok)
● INE - https://ine.com/pages/ccnp-enterprise (i heard some bad reviews from honest people but you never know maybe it's for you)
Books
● Official certification guide - you can also get this on oreilly - https://learning.oreilly.com/library/view/ccnp-and-ccie/9780135262047/ (i like it there is some errors but nothing crazy)
Practice test
●boson - https://boson.com/practice-exam/350-401-ENCOR-cisco-ccnp-practice-exam (practice test i herd is good but the SIM i herd is not worth it)
●oreilly (it has pearson vue official testing)
