I'm going through this course right now for Azure data engineering & it has the added benefit of preparing you to be a certified Azure data engineer: https://www.udemy.com/course/dp200exam/

There are several other courses on Udemy as well, but that's the one I'm using right now to study. So far it's solid.

The official Microsoft Learn pathways do not give you enough detailed information to prepare you for the exam. I tried to go through them and they are pretty useless IMO.

DP-900 is the data fundamentals exam. It is simpler and more basic than the DP-203, and might help you somewhat, but is not strictly necessary. It is really for total beginners. To pass DP-203 you need to have a basic grasp of SQL and Spark, as well as some hands-on experience with Azure products and tools.

I recently completed both DP-200 (85%) and DP-201 (87%)

I did these 2:

DP-200/ DP-203: Implementing an Azure Data Solution - Course | Udemy

DP-201/ DP-203: Designing an Azure Data Solution Exam Course | Udemy

As the instructor says, there is about 40% overlap on content.

I also used whizlab exams for both.

Hi there, you will find the following two discussions helpful:

https://www.reddit.com/r/AZURE/comments/j61810/cleared_dp200_and_dp201_exams_needed_for_the/

I am preparing myself for DP-200. I am using the following resources:

  1. Udemy course https://www.udemy.com/course/dp200exam/
  2. Pluralsight DP-200 path.
  3. Microsoft official learning path. I feel like few topics are missing from the official path though. I could be wrong.

The second course is a condensed version of the first. Not necessary to do both but I wanted the breadth of the first then felt the need to focus scope by doing the 2nd as a refresher. The 3rd is a different provider so I can see if anythings been missed by the first guy.

I read the MS path is all you need but I liked the idea of someone curating the course and spoon feeding. I will refer to the MS documentation for work. I believe the course is also open book so having familiarity with the MS path prob wise.

One other thing I thought was a good idea was to create flashcards for tables that display condense info.
