I recommend purchasing this program instead of getting a vocal coach for now ( https://www.udemy.com/course/elite-singing-techniques-phase-1/ ). If you cant afford lessons each week , this is the next best thing. Try it for 30 days and if you dont like it, you get your money back.

Well, if you want a place to sing your heart out without disturbing anyone. I suggest recommed you join a choir not only can you sing loudly but you will also have a coach there monitoring your singing. If a choir's not your thing maybe start a band with your friends who have interests in music. And there are plenty of vocal lessons on youtube or online. I recommend these channels below since they have quality content :
