Give this a shot. Most of CEH, you can do on your own if you're studious. Youtube is a great resource.
Get familiar with setting up a ton of virtual machines and using kali linux. Find the cheapest CEH training course(self-paced) thats spins up an environment for you if you don't have any hardware outside of a laptop. You'll want this mostly for the virtual infrastructure.
