I tried out the one on a.cloud.guru “AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification Prep” I didn’t find it very useful enough since most of the courses required me to purchase an additional tier for the labs. It was free for the month of March without labs.

I did find that the one on Udemy has a much more better instructor 👩‍🏫.

I usually refer to videos well after am done with the content on Microsoft Learn.

AZ-900 is not very useful for any admin work, I think it’s just a good overview of what you can do with Azure as a whole. I recently passed the AZ-104(month ago)and the best way I found was by using the below.

If you just want the cert, study the exam topics link as most of the questions in there will show up on the test in a very similar format.

If you really want to be able to apply the material, go through the github labs with a test Azure Tenant. Helped me a ton with actual implementation of networking, storage, containerization, etc.

Udemy is a great middle ground at the end of the day. If you go through all of these and have a firm understanding of it, you will pass guaranteed. I would say the AZ-900 is not really worth the time if you want to get a job in cloud administration. Best of luck to you, if you want any other tips let me know!

In terms of employment, I got the AZ-104 cert and almost immediately got a promotion(lucky on performance review timing). People seem to really value the knowledge.
