make sure you dont pay more than 13 bucks (udemy always has 'sales' going on)
all his content there is worth it. proko is fine too, but brents stuff is more packaged, contains selected imageexamples to practice specifci things. buy it!

a good starting point about drawing anything at all without imagination would be Drawabox.com . The guy that teaches it is an aphantasia artist and the whole framework he teachs is his method to deal with it.
Other than this, Love live drawing as mentioned before. Ill add the proportions vid that was a game changer for me:

Lastly as my best combo resource for me just doing gesture&building structure on top of it till the end of time:
the book figure drawing design and invention from michael hampton (deals with both the initial gesture and how to build structure around that initial gesture) and the udemy course from brent eviston The Art & Science of Figure Drawing: GESTURE

its great because, as love love drawing vid, goes about WHERE the angles need to be found, it contains theory, then show multiple examples of said angles (drawing them), and great practice material in the form of timed poses for each chapter.
is like the love life drawing vid, but extended in time with examples of each subject: its 11 hours including the practice reels
