There's many good advice here, but if you don't want to research on your own and can spend few bucks to get a course, I can recommend you this one https://www.udemy.com/course/gamemusiccourse/ . (it's always on sale, like most of Udemy's stuff)
I've learned a lot from it, though I haven't completed it yet. And the tutor is very helpful too - will always give you feedback to your excersises, should you ask on her fb group.

I always love learning pratical approaches for creating music, geared towards indie game devs, with less music theory, etc. One of the most useful resources I have seen, focused on game music, is this course on Udemy: https://www.udemy.com/course/gamemusiccourse/
I enjoyed watching a few of Ben Prunty’s streams on Youtube, but he only recorded a couple times. I love his style, so I tried to learn a thing or two. It was nice to see his process.

Sure thing, I can do both. Here are the courses I played around with that were specific to video game composition: https://www.udemy.com/course/gamemusiccourse/ & https://www.udemy.com/course/video-game-music-the-complete-composers-guide/
You can also search for video game composition, film scoring, etc., and many other courses will pop-up
