To be honest, I'm really liking the course you linked to: https://www.udemy.com/course/golang-how-to-design-and-build-rest-microservices-in-go/

it shows some architecture stuff, integration with mysql, cassandra and elastic, a reasonable example to work on. I think if you did this course you'll have a decent base to expand upon. The delivery is a bit sloppy from time to time, but I would recommend it, especially for the $10 I paid
