You might want to look up Kat Zien's talks on Go Program Structure.

And there are a few examples on Github.

There's this new course on Udemy that seems to help with this (I'm doing it now).

It is a bit badly presented as the author seems to be new to making screencasts, but for me, the content is really helpful. (If you can look past rookie screencasting mistakes)
More experienced programmers may look at it and debate / disagree, so YMMV.
