One of the guys at my office bought this udemy course and seems to like it. Its a beginner help desk course from udemy. He got it on sale for $10 from a coupon. If you want me to find out where i can ask him tomorrow.
If you aren't interested in buying anything, i would say youtube. Also nothing beats experience so going to recycle type places and picking up cheap/free equipment to play with would work.
You can get cheap equipment at places like Free Geek. i am not totally sure how big they are but there is one 20 min from my office we donate everything to them that our customers don't want.
Other courses could be things like Network+ Security+ but i havent personally done either of those to know for sure.
