Go to Udemy and sign up for one or more of their cloud computing for beginners courses, like this one:

Most of the courses there, you can get for 10-15 bucks, because they are perennially "on sale." They are all video courses, there will be a mix of quality, but check the reviews like you would anywhere else.

Also note that AWS is the giant megalith driving most cloud computing these days, so you'll want to be well versed in AWS no matter what direction you choose. Easy and cheap to sign up with your own AWS account and just mess around with stuff that doesn't matter. Point is, it's cheap and easy to start exploring and learning. Good luck!
