You mean 846? I was never able to find them. If you're using Udemy I suggest just getting his 6 practice tests set here. Use those and his videos on LinkedIn and you'll be good to go. I watched the videos once and did the test sets until I was consistently getting 80% - passed the exam with an 85%. It's not as hard as the course chatter made it out to be IMO, there's some tricky questions but nothing all that obtuse.

So he did change the content a bit since ITIL v4 was released. Here's the intro course: https://www.udemy.com/course/service-management-itil-4/

However I found practice exams to be more useful: https://www.udemy.com/course/itil-4-foundation-practice-certification-exams-6-exams-q/

If you have to choose go for the latter.

I used following to prepare for 2.5 weeks and was able to clear.

I didn't refer to any book as I always google the concepts where I needed more insights(based on how I performed in practice exams).

  1. Video course from Upgrad Knowledge Hut
  2. Jason Dion ITIL questionnaire - https://www.udemy.com/course/itil-4-foundation-practice-certification-exams-6-exams-q/
  3. ITIL mobile app(free version) - this is useful when you don't have your computer/laptop with you.

That was enough for me to clear the exam.

I was also able to get the practice exams for 11.99 but it looks like they are back to full price.
