Looks great but for only 9.99$ you get Monster Javascript on Udemy.

Thats a good question.
Well I also was not able to do the projects on my own from scratch.
I was doing udemy project courses like this one: https://www.udemy.com/course/javascript-course-projects/
It has 50 JS projects, so once you develop that muscle memory you will be able to do smthing on your own. And will upgrade your github account.
And keep in mind that once you landed that job you will not be writing projects from scratch. Juniors just fix simple bugs and resolve issues in existing codebase.
So focus on JS syntax details.
