u/StaleMuffins has a great point, the trajectory of your snatch is up and back, it's wanting to create a full circle.

Here is some information for gloves and kettlebells https://www.cavemantraining.com/kettlebells/kettlebell-gloves-and-kettlebell-wrist-guards/ and this https://www.cavemantraining.com/kettlebells/how-to-not-rip-blister-your-hands-with-kettlebells/

The main thing is that you're not opening up the hand and inserting the kettlebell. Here is a good slow-mo video where you can see this. https://youtu.be/7XbU2d54Ljo

Note, there are many ways to snatch, so just focus on the opening up on the hand for now, punch through with just enough speed to land the kb softly.

Go deeper on your hike back, not lower, it's too low at the moment. See 0:10

Don't put your hand behind your back. And I'd also recommend not to train with a weight vest when focussing on technique.

Don't put your hand on your leg.

Wait with hip flexion, then insert, and pull out. (this feedback is based on the version you want to do)

Here is a great course to learn to snatch https://www.udemy.com/course/kettlebell-snatch/

Here is a great book just on the snatch https://www.cavemantraining.com/shop/ebook/snatch-physics/

PS. I believe I've emailed you a few times with no reply.
