I have to agree that KiCAD is a great truly free tool. I will also recommend KiCAD like a pro from Udemy. You can usually get it for $12 and the video tutorials with real projects really helped my understanding of how the tools are supposed to work.

We use SnapEDA a lot, otherwise make our own symbols and footprints. They are not difficult to use at all.

I forced myself to sit down with a few odd parts and practice making my own, a few hours well spent. Now I just measure up the part myself or use the manufacturer's data sheet - easy.

There is a course on udemy which is very good - https://www.udemy.com/course/kicad-like-a-pro-2e/

That's EESchema from KiCad. I recommend this course https://www.udemy.com/course/kicad-like-a-pro-2e/ (the price drops to 10$ every so often).

I use KiCad professionally for creating my PCB designs. I used this course https://www.udemy.com/course/kicad-like-a-pro-2e/ to learn how to use KiCad.
