Autocad electrical is relatively common. I'd look at colleges in the area that offer courses if you want personal attention from a teacher, but there are tons of online courses for stuff like that.

Check out Udemy. The courses are usually under $20.

I have a free version under student licence but for a great free softwere definitely check out q electro tech.
