I’m sure there are plenty of free tutorials out there if you poke around on youtube. Blender Guru is a staple for 3D modeling in Blender while Brackeys is a fan favorite for Unity.

For a paid option I can recommend this course on Udemy. The pacing is great and the instructor is clear/concise with their direction.
