For whatever reason, Linux is generally something that people learn via trial and error more than any formal training. Even in my local LUG (Linux Users Group) everyone has home labs doing different stuff, whether it be Raspberry Pi projects, setting up labs with dns/dhcp servers or putting Linux on different things like an old router https://dd-wrt.com/ . However, one good course I found on Udemy that goes beyond just talking about how to install distros is https://www.udemy.com/course/linux-administration-bootcamp/ . Really though most people into Linux (beyond just putting it on an old laptop or setting up a VM to mess around with Kali) are in the IT field and have been for years and picked it up over time.

Udemy courses are always 90% or 95% off... it's their business model.

The Linux Mastery course is pretty decent: https://www.udemy.com/course/linux-mastery/ as is the Bootcamp: https://www.udemy.com/course/linux-administration-bootcamp/ . Are they worth paying for? If you actually follow through on the entire course and do the exercises... probably. The hard part with Udemy courses is they are difficult to complete because... distractions.

That's great! You must do RHCSA, it'll give you all the basic to intermediary SysAdmin skills.

As far as the material concerns, I recommend you use the RedHat official training & material that comes with the training itself (if you purchase training + exam from RedHat)

Although many more resources are available free and paid too

Or use any genuine source to learn, make sure you clear all the concepts, do more practice and you'll pass the exam very easily!

All the best for your exam 🙌
