For CAD, I used the given videos by Microsoft and the Udemy course by Sonia Cross. Definitely give both a check. I'd watch the videos first and then do the course. Course is paid but it's fairly cheap and definitely worth it. Passed the MTA 98-361 first try with both of those resources.
