That cert has a lot of overlap with Network+, so much so that all I studied was Network+ and passed just fine. Of course, network+ does go into more detail than you'll need (particularly with subnetting), but it's a lot easier to find study material for it. I'd suggest Professor Messner's Network+ videos as a start. If udemy does a sale soon you could also get MTA Networking Fundamentals for $10. I used this as well just to make sure there wasn't anything missing from my studies. It's pretty good.

I took the Microsoft MTA 98-366 Network Fundamentals certification and that gave me credit for the networking course in the program and allowed me to get accepted.

I used this Udemy course: MTA 98-366 Network Fundamentals Class & Practice Exam BundleHere is a link to a coupon I found marking it down to $12 from $97 for the next 11 hours.

I studied for two weekends by watching the videos in that Udemy course and googling sample questions. The exam was $120 and only took me about \~20 minutes to take. I have been in IT for a while though so you may want to take more time to study if you go this route. Good luck!
