Similar story. Failed at uni. My 20s I was an alcoholic. Then had a kid got sobber but problem still there. Went to doctor coursed huge anxiety I still didn't want to take drugs which they kept offering me. I was fed up with drugs at this stage. They seemed like a plaster to a recurring wound. I wanted to heal the wound. No meds I didn't meet criteria for psychotherapy. But offered some cheap local therapy. Which I just got the other day after a year of waiting. At the same time I started an NLP course. I think the trouble I had was not understanding people so going to talk to people was really hard. Studying by my self really improved my confidence. I realised I had some beliefs about the world that were not serving me.
I did this course. I can not recommend enough how it has helped me. The guy who did this course also does lots of other.

I cannot see the current price since I already purchased it but this is a great course to learn Grinders approach.
