hey! i used this course when started - https://www.udemy.com/course/pixel-art-for-video-games/ i also reccomend to look up https://lospec.com/pixel-art-tutorials and also, if you have favourite artist, try to find out if they have thair own tutorials (: tablet provide advantages in any art related editor, i use tablet for vectors as well.
