Understood, anxiety can manifest in a variety of ways, believe me I know. Triggers can come from all over, but they aren't the cause of course, the cause is always something else, either chemical imbalances or psychological. I was sure at one point WHM caused me tinnitus after reading about it (the trigger), but it eventually went away and I never stopped WHM. It turns out it likely was just a residual thing from a cold (the real cause). I have had chest pains, back pain, headaches, etc and could have sworn it was real, but it went away with my anxiety too.

I know telling someone things are "just anxiety" isn't helpful, but what I have found actually helpful is a sort of radical acceptance. So what if I don't sleep tonight? I'll live. So what if I have some chest pain, its not actually preventing me from doing anything. Hell even, so what if I die? I won't even experience it. Either there is something after or not, in either case, my problems here are over.

I still need Seroquel to get to sleep unfortunately, seems like 13 years or so of taking it is going to be very difficult to reverse. I can get very relaxed and even feel tired, but without the Seroquel I just won't enter actual deep sleep. I'm mostly OK with this since my dose is quite low in the grand scheme of things. And yes, my anxiety does still crop up, but every time I have a "trigger", I can now, through mindfulness, associate it with an actual cause. Thinking I have some ailment isn't the cause of my anxiety, its a symptom.

The bad news then is you likely will always have episodes of anxiety, but through therapy, breathing, meditation, and yes, medication you can develop the tools to deal with it.

If WHM breathing is a bit extreme for you, I highly recommend you don't give up on breathing exercises. Control of the breath is truly the gateway to control of the mind. There is an amazing course on pranayama at Udemy: https://www.udemy.com/course/pranayama/

In particular, the subtle breathing techniques are great for calming the mind, I love the section on Ujjayi Pranayama. You can probably find free videos on YouTube as well on this topic, but right now the course is only $16. If you truly can't afford it, the instructor is willing to offer it for free as well.

I'm just a guy on the Internet of course, but these things all helped me and if they can help me, they can definitely help others.

I am not sure about interactions with Wellbutrin, but I found Aniracetam has a subtle yet pleasing effect on my anxiety tendency.

One of the most powerful nootropics is breathing and yoga, it's some thousand of years old and works great. I recommend this course, it brought profound peace into my mind: https://www.udemy.com/course/pranayama/
