Introduction to Service Management with ITIL 4

Its only 2 hours.

No, in my experience it was not necessary. I just used the course material. I also saw this course by Jason Dion and if it's anything like his other courses, it's probably solid. It's currently on sale for around $15 so I would recommend picking it up.

However I found practice exams to be more useful: https://www.udemy.com/course/itil-4-foundation-practice-certification-exams-6-exams-q/

If you have to choose go for the latter.

The course on Udemy is also only \~ 2 hours long and the preview matches the free course -- so it doesnt make sense to pay on udemy for the same content
