Sounds like a very productive day! I'm going to post a link for u and anyone else who is ever so lucky to have read ur post. Its a meditation course that was linked on a meditation subreddit and its extremely in depth and super free rn for the next three days! I just got it today lol, tbh I haven't tried it yet but I e read some good reviews. Plus if its shit at least it was free. But I really don't think its gonna be bad lol.
