Tableau offer free introductory training sessions, either live or recorded. [Check this out.] (https://www.tableau.com/learn/live-training)

There is also free training available on Udemy, which is a little more involved. More here.

If you want to get involved with the community, google Makeover Monday. Every week they release a data set, people create a viz and give each other feedback. Most use Tableau, but you're welcome to use any tool you like.

Tableau can be a bit daunting at first, but there is no limit to what you can do once you master it. If you're familiar with thr Office environment, you may also want to look at PowerBI. I find it more intuitive to pick up, but not as versatile as Tableau.

Another free: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gWZtNdMko1k&list=PLWPirh4EWFpGXTBu8ldLZGJCUeTMBpJFK

Another course (FREE): https://www.coursera.org/learn/analytics-tableau/

Looks like your stint with Tableau is short as I see you asking to migrate to Power BI on another thread. :)
