Commercial real estate analyst here with experience working at a large capital markets intermediary and brokerage houses.

There’s a myriad of resources (most mentioned above). If your company is willing to spend money on resources, the following are the ones I like the best.

  1. CoStar - $$$

  2. RCM; Real Capital Analytics

  3. Creditntell - great for market information and credit analysis
