Most have used and enjoyed Dions Udemy 601 video course, I also used and liked even more the Udemy Total sems video course, they have one of their better sales on now.

Biggest one was free resources such as Professor Messer on YT. I also made flashcards instead of trying to find some cause I could only find 501 ones. Last was Meyers class on Udemy https://www.udemy.com/course/total-comptia-security-certification-sy0-601/

Similar to Professor Messer but I found some explanations in these vids a bit easier to grasp.

Best way to avoid falling asleep during all of this is set a test date that is not to far in the future. I was to worried about failing so I was able to actually sit down and study which has always been rough for me personally lol.

A lot of people look down on Udemy but I have had nothing but good results from then, especially if you're looking to learn something in the IT field. I'm actually watching one of Mike Meyers' videos right now. I would definitely star there. https://www.udemy.com/course/total-comptia-security-certification-sy0-601/

Well Sec+ is always a big benefit, I took the Mike Meyers course for 501 as well as one of my Sergeants. That was the only thing I studied for about a month and I passed. My Sergeant took the 601 test while only studying that 501 course and passed just fine as well. I'm going the Network Engineer route so I'm doing CCNA right now.

Sec+ (this is his new course for 601 but I'm sure it's just as good as his previous one) https://www.udemy.com/course/total-comptia-security-certification-sy0-601/

CCNA (this is the one I'm using to study, it's lengthy but goes over damn near literally everything from A-Z) https://www.udemy.com/course/complete-networking-fundamentals-course-ccna-start/
