I would go through the Khan Academy Pre-calc course if you have the time. If you're willing to spend $11-$15 usd I highly recommend Krista King's Trigonometry & Precalculus course. She does a great job of explaining things and helped me get through calc I lol

I failed trig twice, but then had a wonderful teacher!

Things started clicking and I had so many ah-ha moments in class.

After that I became a trig wizard and started using it to solve problems in my other classes like physics and kinematics. Those teachers were confused because I'd throw their method out the window and throw trig at it instead.

I wish I could just share that teacher with you. He hated math and wasn't good at it in school, but "accidentally" majored in it. That's what made him do good at teaching it... he understood exactly what it was like to struggle with it.

If you're looking for an online tutor, I really like Krista King: https://www.kristakingmath.com/

If that's outside of your budget, she has a trig-only course on Udemy: https://www.udemy.com/course/trig-by-krista-king/

Trying to learn all you can about Trig a week before your course begins is going to be challenging. There's a lot to learn and it sounds like at the moment you're not sure what material will be relevant to your precalc course.

If you can, reach out to your teacher and ask for a course syllabus. While you're at it, explain your lack of experience with Trig and see what your professor suggests in terms of fixing that issue. If your professor doesn't respond then see if you can find the syllabus yourself. Search online for the course title, your school, and the word: 'syllabus'. You should also be on the lookout for a syllabus that is from a recent class taught by the instructor for your online precalc course.
Example: if you're taking an online Harvard Course in precalc you might search for: "Harvard, precalculus, math E-10, syllabus"
(Math E-10 is Harvard's course title for their precalc math class).

Once you have the syllabus you can read through it and see what Trig topics will be relevant to your course. Typically there will be a review of Trig material before you learn the more advanced precalc material. But you may need to do some digging on your own in regards to all the subjects found on the syllabus in case some of the material utilizes Trig, but doesn't specifically mention it. Once you know what parts of Trigonometry will be involved in precalc, that will help you focus on what you need to learn the week before your class begins.

In terms of study resources:

As others have mentioned Khan Academy is a great resource for learning Trig.

PatrickJMT helped me out a lot with calculus, especially when I need assistance with Trig and Algebra to solve tricky Calculus problems.

Krista King is also pretty good. She has some free offerings on YouTube. She also has some lessons you can pay for via udemy (cheaper if you wait for a sale) or her main site.
