First up this is great and glad you're making good progress.
But do you really need to make a dev log if you are following a Udemy course, using different sprites? Maybe save that for when you have worked on features that aren't covered by the course.
I used the same course when I was first learning Unity and it is really good (although some of his coding is bad). I highly recommend that you change the CallMovementEvent so that it is not using 27 parameters rofl. Also, the inventory system isn't great if you want to implement other containers, or limit items to not stack infinitely. I ended up making my own to replace it.
