Well you would need to get into entry level IT first. I highly recommend you become familiar with Active directory, Microsoft exchange, and general troubleshooting.

If you are looking for a resource to become familiar with administering windows server i recommend this course on udemy: https://www.udemy.com/course/windows-server-2016/learn/lecture/6733684?start=420#overview

You will be able to work in your own VM environment and play with it a bit. I recommend focusing on getting familiar with creating users, resetting passwords, disabling users.(you will be doing that a LOT!)

You can setup an entire virtual Domain using Virtual Box and can get a trial license for server that's good for 180 days. This older course on Udemy covers it (https://www.udemy.com/course/windows-server-2016/).
